How long does shipping take?

Shipping from www.ShellyBagShells.Com usually takes around 5-7 business days, depending on where you are in the United States and delivery of goods that may be required to complete your order from Shelly Bag. Please e-mail support@shellybagshells.com if you have any questions on the status of your order. Currently we are experiencing high demand and shipping could take up to 21 days from placement of order.

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders cancelled before the order has been shipped (usually within 24 hours)are entitled to a full refund. Orders cancelled after the order has been shipped are entitled to a refund less shipping and handling. Please check our "Canceled Orders" page for more information.

What are the Shelly Bag and Shelly Shells made of?

The exterior of the bag is made of a silk/polyester blend. The shell material varies depending on the style, but can be: faux leather, faux crocodile skin, faux cheetah fur, regular nylon, textured nylon, canvas, or cotton and all of our products are 100% animal friendly.

What are the dimensions of the Shelly Bag?

The Shelly Bag is 5.75" (wide) x 11.75" (long)x 6.5" (tall)

What's your return policy?

Any item ordered on www.ShellyBagShells.Com is covered by our 30-day refund policy. If you ordered somewhere other than www.ShellyBagShells.Com, please contact the original seller. 

How do I return/exchange a product?

For all returns and exchanges, please contact support@ShellyBagShells.com to start a refund/exchange request. Please keep the following things in mind for refunds and exchanges:

• 1. All items must be returned in original condition and in the original packaging.
• 2. ShellyBagShells.Com does not cover return shipping costs - these will be deducted from your refund total or will need to be covered by you in the case of an exchange.
• 3. Refund and exchange requests outside of the 30-day purchase window will not be honored.

Can Shelly Bag magnets cause damage to credit cards, cell phones, or other electronic equipment?

Our magnets are permanent and are called "earth magnets" - while this is great for holding the shell in place, it carries the benefit of being absolutely harmless to credit cards, iPod's, cell phones, and other similar electronic devices. An "earth magnet" would have to be the size of your fist or larger to damage any of those items. So don't worry - your Shelly Bag will do no harm!

How do I change the handles on my Shelly Bag?

To change the straps open the metal ring that attaches the straps to the bag. To open the clasp, just push down on the top of the metal ring (you might have to push hard to unlatch it). It should open allowing you to slide out the straps and attach the new ones.
